Riding down ramps is fun, but sometimes you find a ramp that you need to ride up. If you have enough speed and the ramp is not too high you can use the bunny hop that we explained in our last newsletter. If the ramp is too big or you don't have enough speed, that does not mean that you cannot ride up. Here is how you do it: hop! The basics 1: As with most MTB skills, it's all about

This month we didn't have to go far for the Q&A as we are meeting with our crew member, Sbahle Msweli. Even with today's masks, it's not difficult to miss Sbahle's smile at the trailhead on the weekends. During the week you can find Sbahle on the trails; building and maintaining during the day and riding and running the trails when the work is done. You will also soon see Sbahle on the trails riding his bike during the day

There are still some cold mornings but you can already see that the sun is coming up earlier and it's warming up a bit more during the day. We also had some much needed rain which, not only washed the dust away, but also compacted all the new sections that we've built in the past month. Please check the trail updates as there is a lot happening at the moment
